Im still in love with my ex boyfriend what do i do?

my ex is so hot and of course im still in love with him!he's goin out with my friend now!when i heard "my life would suck without you" by kelly clarkson it made me realize that is basically exactly us.but it hurts 2 know that im in love with him!he dumped a couple days before v-day then we got back together on v-day but broke up soon after!i found out he was cheatin on me!but i found out im still in love with him!HELP!am i messed up?
