You can get a concussion from whipping your neck like that. What happens is your brain knocks into the back of school bruising it, it's actually a very common concussion-type injury. Concussions are VERY serious especially if they have lasted this long, it can take a while to heal too. It's a good idea to have it checked out at your doctor.
