Does he like me or playing me?

he has asked me out 3 times in about 10 days but he txts me eveyday. he told me he really is feeling me and wants to take it slow . I am feeling confused . we laugh and snuggle a lot when together but he hasnt asked me out more . He texts me everyday for the last 2 wks , he starts texting me early in the morning and then off and on all day .
