19 yr old wife with two kids and were poor!?

I mean NO money! Me and my husband have 20 dollars to our names... He had a decent job (200 a week) and we got a 3 bd 2 ba apt. then he lost his job and we had to move in his brother and wife into one bedroom. And one of his friends into the last bedroom. just to keep the electric on (and eating nothing but canned foods and ramen) My two kids are suffering and i cant do anything! We got foodstamps and WIC, so we are plenty fed...but it just seems like we cant get enough money. Why is it so hard just to live? Just 5 years or so ago money wasnt an issue.... Is there anything a 19yr old without a high school diploma can do? Any online jobs i can do from home? anything? (please dont say something stupid like get on the corner..)
