Can Tris pH be adjusted with sulphuric acid?
I have adjusted tris pH with concentrated sulphuric acid,it has become very acidic.Can it be adjusted with sodium hydroxide,to make the pH 8.Will adjusting the pH with concentrated sulphuric acid instead of HCl,lead to any wrong reaction?Please explain?Thanks
