I have a 93 camaro with a little problem...?

i was having a problem with my water pump on my car and just got it replaced, but there was still a hole in one of my hoses to where i had to add coolant ever so often. well i was going to work and had to put some in and didnt have any antifreeze, so i just put in water until i could pick some up later that night. well needless to say i forgot and left it sitting overnight in way below freezing, i know very dumb. well it definitely froze and snapped my belt, which i replaced. i'm just wondering if anyone has ideas to get it to thaw being that it hasnt got above freezing in a couple days and even with the new belt the water pump belt wont turn. if anyone can help me that would be awesome. and also i'm not sure if this would have any longterm affects on the engine...thanks
