Are wins for a pitcher *overrated* ?

Yes. Wins are a team effort, yet we say that this one player got the win. If wins were given out to individuals, I think Albert Pujols would have a lot of wins. A pitcher can pitch two identical games and end up with one win and one loss. That doesn't make sense to me.
