What happens when i get an unpaid item strike on Ebay?

My friend was using my account on accident and committed me to buying something for her, without realizing it until it was too late. I cant afford to buy the item and it hasnt been shipped yet. The seller only ships once youve paid, and obviously i cant pay. What happens when i dont pay? I'm new to ebay.
