Is my finger internally bleeding?

I had surgery Done on my right middle finger about 5 weeks ago because the bone on the tip of my finger got push on the middle bone. Today, my finger got hit at 4:03 central. Now I am tired and my finger has a somewhat num feeling. Can anyone explain what is happening
