Solution to Tennessee Titans WR Problem?

Ok its well doented titans dont have a legitimate No.1 receiver i am a huge titans fan and watch all their games and they dont have a downfield threat and there are reports that Roy Williams is on his way out of Det. Titans need to quit being cheap and throw something nice for V.Y. to have confidence. Who's with me
