Is this a good trade Armando Galarraga Joba Chamberlain for Josh Hamilton im recieving the trade?

I am not 100% sold on Joba being an SP for the rest of the season, the Yankees are looking for any excuse to put him as the setup man for Riveria with Bruney being the 7th inning guy. Galarrage has some upside, but you giving up a lot of Power to address a weekness in pitching. Josh hamilton could be traded for a Dan Haren straight up. I dont know how deep your league is but maybe there are some decent high K, medium whip SPs out there.
