Im so confused cant get any help someone please help me with this health problem?

for 3 years ive coughed up mucus but i can tell its in my nose and sorta feels like its in the very back of nose sometimes ill snort back the mucus out my nose caught it up and it looks the same this all happened after a bad bronchitis after that ive constantly had this for years i really don't have lung problems i get bronchitis maybe once a year that's it ive had ct scan of lungs which showed no liquids also very strange when i get upset and cry i get HUGE amount of mucus come out my nose and cough it up i mean huge amount what could all this point too
