Help!! How do you open a file with mbb as the extension?

My cousin sent me a cute little program offered by Office Depot called Elfyourself. It has dancing elves and you could put the faces of your children or grandchildren in it. Since I am a picture illiterate, it took me 3 hours to do this. Now I can't open it. Any suggestions?
