Breaking Dawn question!!!!!???? Please help me????!!!!?

Okay well I have not started reading breaking Dawn yet... but my sister and my mom have... They where talking the other night about a gory scene in the book, that they did not know how they would do it in the movies... Could you please explain what you think they could be talking about!!!!
